Designing and Building on Difficult Sites

Designing with resilience at the center means buildings that perform during everyday use and stand strong through extremes. At Group Design Build, we blend architect-led design, high-performance systems, and thoughtful material choices to create homes and multifamily buildings that are comfortable, energy-efficient, and grid-resilient. From passive strategies that reduce load to on-site generation and battery storage, our projects prioritize occupant well-being, long-term durability, and reduced operating costs—so communities stay powered, healthy, and secure when it matters most.
